I have seen the market change A LOT. A few DIFFERENT times. Some very difficult times. I was a Realtor when the ‘boom!’ happened & when the ‘CRASH’ happened. I am so proud to be able to say that none of my customers that I sold a property to during the ‘boom’, had to sell or short sale during the crash. Even in a time where market was insanely crazy, I still tried my best to look out for my customers & give them good advice on not overspending. Not everyone likes the truth, but that’s all I know to give! Haha :-) > Pricing is KEY in our current market, and it really dictates how long your home or business will take to sell. Our goal will always be to sell your property with YOUR needs in mind. > Tracey joined me full time in 2013 to help me provide excellent customer service, while still being able to FOCUS on my listings and contracts. Six years later we are a ‘fine oiled machine’...Tracey shows the properties, attends inspections AND appraisals, walk thru’s whether you are our buyer or seller. (We are often times (50-85%) the only Realtor there. But Tracey loves it! She was BORN to do this! You can probably tell when you meet us - her and I are family and we have way too much fun! We treat Real Estate like a 9-5, which means, while we are often available after hours, on weekends- there is ALWAYS someone avail to you from Mon-Friday, checking the files, making calls. This is our FULL TIME CAREER. Not a hobby or side gig. We pour our hearts into every family & home & we commit to pray for these people throughout and after the process. > We are proud to call ourselves women of integrity, and that is the most important thing we bring to the table. We serve God, NOT money, and we will never steer you in the wrong direction just so we can make a commission and we promise to always be honest, even if it does not help our bottom line ☺ We would hope that if you asked our past customers about our growing business they would tell you that we are people you can TRUST.
